Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are sent an email with your downloads. You are able to open the links to preview your downloads. But once downloaded, you acknowledge that you will be unable to receive a refund or return.

This means refunds are not available once the digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or made available to you, except where the product is faulty, or not as described.

Custom and Made-to-Order Shirts

Our shirts are produced specifically for each order based on your selected size, design, and print. As these are custom-made goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

This exemption applies once production has started. We're happy to address sizing, printing defects, or other manufacturing errors, but change-of-mind returns are not available for custom orders.

Your rights aren't affected

Nothing here limits your statutory rights regarding goods or digital content that are faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was advertised.
